 The foundation of luminous being lies in our physical bodies — our feeling of vitality, strength and ease. This path is for anyone who wants to cultivate & maintain that lovely feeling of energy, space and ease in the body…and learn how to practice in messy real life!
 
Messy Luminous Yoga is unique in the way it helps unwind tension, builds core strength and creates more ease of movement without pushing the body. You will learn to work from the inside of your body, focusing on how things feel rather than what shape you are making. Mindful movements will help you shift habitual body patterns that cause pain. And breathing practices will increase your energy, reduce stress and cultivate deep vitality in the body. 
 
Messy Luminous Yoga’s online classes are LIVE making it so motivating to show up for yourself. Video replays give you flexibility. And Sarah’s regularly messages throughout the week will keep you inspired and provide practical tips for making yoga practice work with busy real life.
